Once we find the houses you are interested in, we have you relax, and we make the appointments for you right then and there! We want you to feel assured with the local real estate market, and will typically show up to 20 or 30 houses in one day.

We know you need to work fast, and we want to work as a full team member with you. We do everything we can think of  to ensure you  are comfortable. The base local to us, Tinker Air Force Base —also known as Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC)— is a major military base of more than 9,000 soldiers, located just southeast of OC in the suburb of Midwest City. One of the Department of Defense's premier service facilities, Tinker AFB is dedicated to providing worldwide technical logistic support to Air Force aerospace weapon systems and associated equipment. It is renown for housing some of the most sophisticated technical repair processes in the world, and for maintaining the world's best aviation systems.

Tinker AFB opened in 1940 when the War Department was considering Oklahoma for a maintenance and supply depot. Tinker’s industrial plant repaired B-24 and B-17 bombers and fitted B-29s for combat. During the Korean and Vietnam Wars, Tinker kept planes flying and funneling supplies, logistics, and communications support to Air Force units to Asia. Later they provided front-line support to the forces engaged in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm. The base is home to seven major Department of Defense, Air Force and Navy activities.

The 72nd Air Base Wing is the host organization for Tinker Air Force Base. The airpark at Tinker, Charles B. Hall Memorial Airpark, has an excellent collection of planes and is open to the public most days. It is considered a must-see for aviation buffs.
